Scintillation and thermoluminescence characteristics of Tm-doped BaCaBO3F

Photoluminescence and thermally-stimulated luminescence (TSL) characteristics of BaCaBO 3 F doped with various amounts Tm were evaluated. The Tm-doped showed an emission a sharp peak around 460 nm originating from the 4f-4f transition 3+ in photoluminescence scintillation. Their scintillation decay times for 0.68–0.73 1.28–1.55 ms, respectively. Furthermore, TSL dynamic range glow peaks at 190 °C 0.5% was 0.1 mGy to 1000 mGy. isothermal analysis suggested that least 12 different activation energies related confirmed. • fabricated by conventional solid-state reaction. efficient several peaks.
